WHAT WE DO

Simple.  We elevate the impact and engagement of your projects with
incredible music & sound.

'Sound is your friend because sound is much cheaper than picture, but it has equal effect on the audience – in some ways, perhaps more effect because it does it in a very indirect way.'

                                                             - Francis Ford Coppola

WHO WE ARE ANCHOR

AUDIO SURGEON
COMPOSER

Jordan Wiberg

Born and raised in the cold, wind-stricken Canadian prairies, Jordan now thankfully resides in British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley with his darling wife Melissa (see below) and two adequate children, where they are surrounded by world-renowned wineries, orchards and lakes.

Whether he is producing an Emmy Award-winning Olympic podcast, sound designing and mixing a feature-length documentary, or narrating a commercial for a Mom and Pop shop in a small midwestern town, Jordan's singular career focus is to create immersive audio that engages your audience with the perfect balance of mood, energy, and clarity.

With over 15 years of experience in Radio, TV, Film, Music, and Podcasts, it would be hard to find a problem that Jordan hasn't already encountered and solved.  His deadline-developed skillset allows him to quickly pivot when unexpected issues inevitably arise.  Maybe the only mic available for the interview with your big star was a roomy camera mic.  Maybe the operator set the gain too high and most of the dialogue is distorted.  Or maybe the location sound mixer accidentally combined all of the crowd mics with the announcer mics and your video editors don't know how to fix it.  Whatever the scenario, Jordan will work with your team to find a creative and efficient solution.

Melissa Wiberg

With organizational and management skills that would rival Marie Kondo on her best day, Melissa is the cheerful first and last point of contact here at Okanagan Music & Sound who keeps the office running smoothly.  Marketing, budgets, contracts... if an 'i' needs to be dotted or a 't' needs to be crossed, Melissa will see that it's done in a timely and efficient manner.

Also a former resident of the barren Canadian flatlands and now a much happier Okanagan Valley citizen, Melissa enjoys running the kids around to their various after-school activities and planning adventurous family trips with her dashing husband  Jordan (see above).

Wyatt is our dog.  He keeps us calm during stressful times, and he is always happy to help out with cleaning up any snacks that may have been left behind during the last recording session.

His favourite food is Haiwaiin pizza from Pizza Hut.  He very much enjoys going for walks, car rides, and being a good boy.

“There’s a level of dedication that comes from podcast listeners that you don’t otherwise find. And now the numbers prove it. Podcasts aren’t a bubble, they’re a boom — and that boom is only getting louder.”
